How to make a reservation
The reservation of any service included in this webpage implies the total acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The contractual relationship between Turisbike and the Client is governed by the present general conditions and the information of the respective service detailed in its content. The customer must verify the information sent by Turisbike, usually by electronic means, email and all questions should be sent in the same way before the service is provided.
The Client is responsible for the data provided in the request request forms that are used to make your reservation. After receiving the budget if you have data to change, you must give the information in the same email. Turisbike declines all responsibility for the consequences resulting from the provision of false or incorrect information by the customer.
If the Customer requests a service different from those stipulated in this web page, or is custom tailored, may be conditioned to another cancellation policy that is indicated in the budget to present the service.

How you can make your reservation
After requesting the service budget through the forms of this page and receive the answer by email with the services and total values and in case there is no doubt you can advance with your reservation.
Reply to the email requesting the RESERVATION of the service: You will receive in the reply of this email the payment methods. By PayPal, credit card or IBAN for transfer. The reservation amount is 20% of the total value of the service.
National or European community payments: bank transfer

In the case of a bank transfer you should always send the proof by email whenever possible to reconcile the payment with your reservation.
International payments: PayPal or credit card
PayPal is sent 20% of the reservation. You can also pay by credit card.
The reservation will be considered as soon as we receive the payment. Later you will receive the confirmation via email. Always check your SPAM boxes or if you do not receive this notification, please contact us to confirm that you are in compliance.
Payment of the total value of the service:
The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the start of each program. We will contact you to remind you to pay the remaining amount of the service.
If the payment of the service is less than 30 days has an increase of 30 € (thirty euros).
If a service is purchased less than 30 days in advance, in which case the total amount of the reservation becomes 100%, ie full payment of the service.
Modification of reservation:
Any change to be made to a reservation must always be communicated by email firstname.lastname@example.org and will be subject to fees corresponding to the modification.

The change of dates is according to the availability of Turisbike

The mentioned changes must be communicated at least 7 days before the service start date.
All persons registered for the service are responsible for having the necessary documents for entry into the country they are visiting (ID or identity document, passport, visas, health measures, etc.). Regarding requests for information, Turisbike acts as information, but it is the responsibility of the Customer to confirm with the competent authorities. Failure or documentation is incorrect, Customer is obliged to cancel or leave the trip, Turisbike applies the conditions indicated in the Cancellation Policy.
